Yes, all shoes need to be removed to enter the facility. Socks are mandatory for adults and children. Socks are available for purchase at our front desk.

We have two structures. Children of all ages are all welcome to experience our fun filled facility. Our wee gym and toddler area is restricted for children under the age of 5 years and a maximum height of 48”. The Large Adventure Challenge structure is designed for ages 5 and older with a minimum height of 48”. We do not allow adults to enter the facility without children.

Strollers are not permitted past the check-in counter. We have a indoor dedicated area to park them at the entrance. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but this helps keep the facility clean.

We are no longer checking for proof of vaccination. Masks are optional for all guests and staff members.

For health and safety reasons, we do not allow any outside food (with the exception of nut-free birthday cake) in our facility, with a Booked Party Room. We offer a variety of hot food options on weekends; weekdays might be limited to snacks (non hot food items) and drinks.

Unfortunately, we do not allow any in-and-out priviliges. Once you leave the facility you are required to pay again to re-enter.

The Wee Challenge structure is specifically designed for children under the age of 5. We have also recently created an area dedicated to babies and toddlers. However, if they do wish to play on the Adventure Challenge, they must be accompanied by an adult, over the age of 18 at all times.

At this time there is no time limit. However, we reserve the right to implement a time limit if necessary due to high traffic, demand and capacity restrictions.

We are open 5 days a week (Wednesday to Sunday) including holidays and PA days. Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 12pm - 8pm Saturday-Sunday: 10am - 8pm Please look at our Google page for up to date hours and any private events.
