Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a time limit?
No! Once you pay the admissions fee you are welcome to stay in our facility for as long as you want.
Do we need socks to play?
Yes, socks are mandatory for play on our play structures. Socks are also available for purchase at our front desk for $2.50/ pair.
Can we leave the facility and come back at another time?
Unfortunately, we do not allow any in-and-out priviliges. Once you leave the facility you are required to pay again to re-enter.
Can I bring in my own food?
For health and safety reasons, we do not allow any outside food (with the exception of nut-free birthday cake) in our facility. We offer a variety of food options including Halal meals.
Is there an age limit?
Our wee gym and toddler area is restricted for children under the age of 5 years.

Adults of all ages are welcome to climb up on our Adventure Challenge play structure or play in our sports arena as well. However, we do not allow adults to enter the facility without children.

Can my toddler play on the Adventure Challenge Play Structure?
The Wee Challenge structure is specifically designed for children under the age of 5. However, if they do wish to play on the Adventure Challenge, they must be accompanied by an adult, over the age of 18.

We are open 7 days a week. Here are our hours:

Winter hours (September-June):

Monday-Thursday: 10am-7pm
Friday-Sunday: 10am-8pm

Summer hours (July & August):

Monday-Friday & Sunday: 10am-7pm
Saturday: 10am-8pm
